| Rockland County Conservation Association (RCCA) strongly supports the
Clean Air Act. We write to urge that, the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency take prompt and effective action, consistent with the Act's requirements to clean up mercury
and other toxic air pollution from power plants. |

| Mercury is a known potent neurotoxin therefore; mercury emissions should
be required to be removed. Industry standards should not be given greater
consideration than public health and the environment. |
